Vedanta 101

I am an Indian-American and a former U.S. Army soldier who is learning to deal with my combat PTSD using Vedantic philosophy. I hope to document my journey here in the hopes that recounting the events will eventually lead to some form of a long-term healing process. Thank you for your support!
