These power banks’ lithium-ion batteries overheat and ignite creating fire and burn hazards. Affected: model VT103 power banks without a serial number on the bottom right corner.
About 8,000 were sold in the US at Amazon.com between January 2024 and September 2024.
Stop using these power banks and contact the company via the email [email protected] to confirm your unit is part of the recall and to receive a free replacement. Do not dispose of the battery in your regular trash or recycling but rather at your local household hazardous waste center.
