Vegan Restaurant Week Celebrates Local Dining Options
November 1st is World Vegan Day, and officially kicks off a whole month devoted to plant based living. In celebration, vegan lifestyle coach Heather Dahman has organized Fort Wayne's first Vegan Restaurant Week, which begins on Monday, November 4th. WBOI's Julia Meek invited Dahman into the studio to discuss global development of the vegan movement, how our local sources for vegetarian and vegan fare stack up to other cities and countries and what this new, upcoming culinary adventure is all about.
