This is the first 'Restaurant Spotlight' edition of Vegans Have More Fun. For this episode, I spoke wit Maggie from Karine's. If you can imagine talking to actual sunshine mixed with a rainbow, that is Maggie. You can tell she adores her job from your first encounter with her. She truly makes your food with love.
