Lily Jankowiak is a BCN major at the University of Michigan who went from being immersed in a culture where the use of drugs and gossip was the center of conversation, to finding herself at a place where she feels she can discuss the ideas that actually matter. In this episode, she talks about her transition from Vegas to Ann Arbor and how she dealt with being at a place where she felt like an outlier. Furthermore, we discuss the current political rhetoric and how we can do better to ensure all voices and ideas are heard.
