Vegetables for breakfast?!.. this is one way to get your vegetables intake..

I want to increase my vegetable intake especially my cruciferous vegetables which will help to flush estrogens from my body. Because I am lazy and undisciplined with food preparation I'm going to try to get them in first thing in the morning for breakfast. I'm going to do this for one week straight then give you a review on how my body feels. This morning I felt great by doing a whole bag of broccoli.
