There is no doubt that most #trucking fleets tend to struggle with vehicle maintenance BASIC scores.

In today's episode, we go through some quick tips on how to improve vehicle maintenance for any fleet. 

Here are the tips that we'll be covering: 

  1. Ensure that all lights are operational at all times
  2. Only allow trained mechanics to adjust Automatic Slack Adjusters
  3. Keep all Automatic Slack Adjusters well lubricated
  4. Have drivers do 1 full brake compression each day to help adjust brakes
  5. Track tire tread depths at least monthly
  6. Document every major repair made to each truck and trailer
