We're back! We are kicking it off with our retrospective of director Park Chang Wook and his exploration of the theme of vengeance.
Ryu, a deaf man, is desperate to find a kidney replacement for his sick sister. With no luck finding a suitable donor, he resorts to contacting shady organ sellers and ends up losing his money and his kidney. Out of options, he decides to kidnap the president's daughter of his old company for ransom. A simple plan spirals into a brutal cycle of vengeance.
