I had a bad week. I was on my period. I was sad; I just was in a haze. We all know how that felt the past week. I wouldn't give up and not do anything. It was only up to me to change my week around. I noticed I was sad. I didn't push that aside to fake being happy; I let my emotions go in the flow they wanted.
