All talk no action...Many of us do that a lot, talk, talk, talk. We tell ourselves and others about how good we are, what we are going to do, what to expect with and then have nothing to show for it.
All of that does one thing, makes us feel good about ourselves at that moment, but do we have anything to show for it? Nope!
That's what we call verbal masturbation and I'll share why not a very good thing...you might just go blind.

We all want to change, make a difference or grow in some way. Being created with imperfections, we first have to work on ourselves before improving the conditions of others. 

Change: Every change we have ever made started in our mind, which then affects our spirit and moves our body into action. Change first starts with YOU! 

Create: Creation or creativity comes from within. What drives the mind, drives the spirit (Good or Bad). GOD created us as imperfect beings with the ability to work on "re-creating" ourselves as better humans. 

Difference: What makes us different is what makes us unique. This difference also comes within and forms our body doing work. Who we are, what we stand, what we want to achieve or have achieved helps create either the positive or negative energy and actions around us.  

Achieve: Achievement or success is the FINALE and does not come without the first three components. Success starts with you, the individual. Your results are directly proportional to your beliefs, habits, routines, drive, goals, etc. 

So for those of us looking for a change, where do you believe you need to start? 

CHANGE the routine, CREATE opportunities that make the DIFFERENCE for yourself and others and ACHIEVE your goals.
