Verbos Regulares e Irregulares - Parte 2

Listen Later

Dear Sarah,

I wanted to share something in this letter that could be both curious and motivating for you. Think about how small changes in your life can lead to huge improvements over time. Success doesn’t happen in one day—it’s built step by step. I realized this when I started waking up at 6 a.m. every day. At first, it was difficult, but now I feel more energetic and focused.

One curious thing I noticed is that everything falls in place when we’re consistent. For example, practicing a skill in the morning gives me energy in the afternoon, and I feel much more productive in the evening. There’s a sort of magic in creating a routine. Success can happen in the most unexpected places, like learning new things in the quiet hours of the night or reading a book in the park.

Motivation doesn’t just come on special days like your birthday or on New Year’s Eve. It can hit you on a random Tuesday morning or on your way to work. I realized that we often wait for inspiration, but it’s better to create habits that make us feel inspired regularly. I felt this when I started walking on the beach every weekend. There’s something calming about the waves that puts things in perspective.

We’re often told to be at the right place at the right time, but I believe it’s more about being ready no matter where you are. Whether you're at work, at home, or even at a coffee shop, you can take steps toward your goals. Be at your best in every moment, and success will find you.

Stay curious, stay motivated, and remember that everything you want is already in you.
Best wishes,

Mia.
