This past Monday, the PLG group announced that Verityhurst Pty (Ltd), the shareholder who agreed to buy 180 million of PLG's shares while the company remained suspended on the JSE, has made the first payment to Moore Stephens Inc., the former auditors who had applied to liquidate the group.
