Tasting Notes:  Made in the heart of Piedmont, Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino is the best bang for the buck premium vermouth on the market. White wine, herbs, sugar, citrus, and a fortifying alcohol is pretty much all it takes to create a vermouth, but Cocchi is the best in my opinion. Rich orange and spice aroma. complex brown sugar and herb notes. On the palate, on rocks, a cinnamon sweetness tinged with citrus. Rich and sweet but still light and not overly done. Try the "Vermouth Hour" and pour Cocchi over rocks with a slice of orange. It's a perfect pre-dinner cocktail.
