First, it is important to know your blood type – O, A, B, or AB. This encourages people to eat certain foods and avoid others based on their blood type. It is also believed that your blood type also determines your susceptibility to certain illnesses and how you should exercise.
Second, Veronica stresses the importance of water consumption. Our bodies are made up of 70% water, so if you take your body weight and divide that number in half, that’s how much water you should be drinking per day. For example, if you weight 150 pounds, you need to drink 7.5 eight ounce glasses of water. (more…)
