Veronica Woods, WG99, is an entrepreneur and real estate investor. After spending 20 years working in Corporate America in Finance and Product Management roles for companies like Dun & Bradstreet, Merck, and Merrill Lynch, she began her journey into entrepreneurship.
Her first venture was an online hair salon review site to help connect consumers with quality hair salons across the country. She published the book "The A-List Salon: Insider Secrets of How Profitable Salons Wow Their Clients."
She pivoted from the beauty business into small business consulting, where she advised clients, including a non-profit affordable housing developer in New York City, on how to evaluate strategic opportunities.
In 2017, she joined the family real estate business – which was her very first job. Through Daniel Woods Real Estate, founded by her father in 1987, Veronica works with individuals and organizations to buy, sell, rent, and develop residential and small commercial real estate in the Philadelphia metro area. She is passionate about helping her clients create wealth, build a legacy, and design a dream lifestyle through real estate.
In her spare time, she volunteers where she can impact change that empowers communities, such as Making the Change Group, Summer Search, and the Community Design Collaborative.
Veronica earned her B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and her M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School.
