It is difficult to overstate the hope and life offered us in our risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Interestingly, risen has several meanings. It can mean to assume an upright position, waking from sleep, to be armed for battle, and, of course, return from death. All four of these meanings have a bearing on the life of a person who receives Christ as Lord and Savior. In our three-week Easter series: Risen, we look at how the historical resurrection of Jesus offers a radical life for His followers today.
