Today we talk about some of the gun bills on the floor currently with one of the strongest 2nd ammendment advocates in the state, Derek LeBlanc.

HB 3075 – Updates Oregon’s gun permit law (Measure 114). Increases fees, expands issuing agencies, tightens training rules.

HB 3076 – Orders the DOJ to study a state-run firearms dealer licensing program.

SB 243 – Bans bump stocks, adds 72-hour firearm waiting period, and lets cities ban guns in public buildings.
