With over two decades of dedicated service in the USAF, Casey Farr has accumulated diverse experience, including four years excelling in enlisted accessions recruiting in Florida, where he earned Rookie Recruiter of the Year in his first year. Later, he led a team of five at Fort Lee Military Entrance Processing Station. Transitioning to civilian life in 2021, Casey joined Leidos QTC Health Services as a Recruitment Supervisor, applying his skills to enhance talent acquisition endeavors. Recognized for his impactful contributions, he was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager in 2022, where he continues to foster excellence in recruitment strategies and team leadership.
