These machines overheat and ignite creating fire hazards. Affected are Ice Shavers, Ice Crushers, and Snow Cone Makers, including models BY-300 and BY-300FS in multiple colors. 

About 11,650 ice crushers were sold in the US and 1,060 were sold in Canada at Vevor.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com, HomeDepot.com, and Lowes.com from July 2021 through July 2025.

Stop using these recalled ice crushers and contact Sanven at 1-855-599-6320 or via the email [email protected] to obtain a full refund. To snare the refund, email a photo of the ice crusher with the unplugged power cord cut in half.
