In part one, Rich and Tom reveal their top 25 and discuss the reasons behind their choices.  We also want to take a moment to thank Tom so much for being a part of the podcast.  Tom is leaving for Vietnam for a significant period (possibly permanently).  We wish him all the best and the seat will be open upon his return.
