Episode 054 – Vi Pham – is a college graduate with a degree in Economics and Political Science. she spent over 6 years working for an insurance company while in school and after graduating as an underwriter and a quality analyst. She decided to go into a different direction and attended the coding bootcamp at The Iron Yard. From there she transitioned into tech as a front-end developer. Today she is my co-worker at Stanley Black & Decker where she is learning backend.

Vi also talks about being a mother in tech and what impact that has had on her career. There are choices that had to be made and she talks about that.
