Have you ever wanted to grow/change in an area but you just keep  following the same old pattern of behavior? It may feel that this is  just who you are but don't stop - wrestle with yourself if you have to  but keep pursuing the you that YOU know you are meant to be. As with all  things of value, it is a process but once you get there it will have  been worth it.
