Hey Friends! We're back with episode 12 of Vibes N Delites! It's Mental Health Awareness Month and we had a lot to say.

Today we're doing True off My Chest and I must say that Slappa and myself also contributed a few of our own similar stories. The theme seems to be to never accept less than you deserve. You do NOT deserve the barest of minimums. You do NOT deserve to have your life wasted. You do NOT need to be competing with your friends and family in any aspect of the word.

Choosing you takes alotta courage. Choosing you sometimes means others won't get their way. Take it from a recovering people pleaser, you will be the villain in someone's story once you begin choosing you. Self love is a hard journey but I promise it's worth it bc YOU DESERVE IT!!
