In this episode, our co-founder Behsaad Ramez interviews Vicens Fayos - Frontend Developer for Gloent - about his experiences concerning remote work and freelancing. Vicens used to work 10 years for the same company, decided to quit and start working remotely instead. He shares his experiences and what benefits he gets from working like this. Furthermore, Behsaad and Vicens have an interesting discussion about the pros and cons of freelancing and suppositions about why remote working is still not accepted by lots of companies and the government. They also talk about the living costs in different places, cultural affinity and why providing video games and free food in an office doesn't make the employees want to stay.
