Vicke and Lowell had been smitten together, but a few years after they wed, marital issues arose, creating a divide between the two. They eventually separated, yet the affection the couple felt for each other appeared to remain tethered, and arrangements to reunite seemed nearly set in stone… But when Vicke never showed for their planned dinner date, and a search for her began to reveal peculiarities, investigators had to battle with the notion that everything they believed to be true, may in fact, be fiction.
