Dorothy Stratten did not set out to be a star; notoriety found her.  She seemed to have the world at her feet after rising to fame in the late 1970's as a new model for Playboy Magazine.  Her star burnt out as quickly as it ignited.  Dorothy's story was glorious, brief and incredibly tragic.
