Jarmecca "Nikki" Whitehead asked for help from authorities when she feared her twin daughters, but the system failed her.  The court ordered the girls were to move back in with their mother for a two-week "trial period" that would only last one before Jasmiyah "Jas" and Tasmiyah "Tas" would kill.  Mary tells the tail of the troubled twins.
