In February 1994, Shelly Gruber Kepley was concerned because she hadn't heard from her father Paul Gruber for a few months.  Paul had been living in Sand Point, Idaho for only four months and Shelly did not know who to call to ask for a welfare check, so she called the police.  After entering the residence, police did not find Paul... or many of his personal affects either.  Listen to hear what happened to Paul and learn about the sketchy handyman, Darrel Kuehl, who was hired to do some work around the place.
