A southern gentleman in every respect, he endured 5 Chicagoland winters with a smile. He courageously chased an improbable dream of joining NASA then moved on and found his true calling in public service, as a town manager. He has successfully guiding three communities by facing challenges head on and recognizing and acting on good opportunities.
