Wacky Cake makes 1 8x8 or 9x9 cake

1 1/2 C of all purpose flour

3 tbsp. of cocoa powder

1 C of sugar

1 Tbsp. vinegar

1 tsp. of vanilla

1 C of cold water

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1/3 C vegetable oil

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes and let cool if you want to add the icing.

Here's the icing recipe, by the way! (for 2 cakes so 1/2 it for 1 cake)

1/2 lb powdered sugar

1/4 C cocoa

1/4 C softened butter

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp water

1/4 C white corn syrup
