Victorian Premier Jacinta Allen has announced a vehicle registration rebate scheme offering drivers up to $186 back on their car registration for up to two vehicles. The $750 million cost-of-living initiative will open on 1 June through the Services Victoria website, following the state's free public transport offer, as Victoria faces projected debt of $194 billion ahead of the November election.
