Victoria's top traffic cop has been caught speeding. Glenn Weir had been on his way to a road safety meeting when he was caught doing 58 in a fifty zone. But he says he has turned into a teachable moment insisting on paying the fine and copping the demerit point. He says we all need to do better and that he's an example of that.
