Happy anniversary Final Fantasy! This year, to celebrate your birthday, I introduced my mom to the series via Final Fantasy X. After 5 short months of hard work and called in favors she beat it on December 18th 2021. The same date final fantasy 1 was released. We didn't plan it this way so it must have been fate. We spend the better part of the hour talking about the ending of final fantasy X but also just kind of getting philosophical about endings in general.
