A joyous composition reflecting the victory that awaits those who believe in and follow Jesus Christ against persecution and trial until the end. The victory is in Christ over sin, death and hell. Jesus Christ is the light of the world, and he says that we who believe in him are also the light of the world, so we are lights in the world, and we have victory in him. There are reflections of diverse cultures in the beginning of the composition and throughout who have historically held to false gods, but Christ desires that they also come to him and forsake their false religions, since he is the only way to the Father, and their religions are not a path to God as some may claim these days, since they do not stand in the truth, and Jesus Christ is truth.
