The resurrection calls us to a life marked by holiness and mission. Therefore, we can devote ourselves to honoring the Lord, personally and missionally.

* Through a series of rhetorical questions, Paul was saying that there was no purpose and meaning to participating in mission and the hardships that come with it, if Christ was not raised. Conversely, this implies that Christ's resurrection makes living our going and mission and living our lives for God purposeful and meaningful.

Christ's resurrection secures the victory over sin, death, and all powers. Therefore, we can live confidently and stand on the authority and victory of Jesus over our life's challenges.

The resurrection testifies to the truthfulness and credibility of the Gospel given to us. It gives us a new hope that transcends death and despair to eternal hope. Therefore, we can live our lives with an unshakable hope in the midst of our current pains.

The resurrection, an actual historical event, is essential to the Gospel. As we put our faith in the risen Christ, we experience a new reality—we are saved, transformed, and empowered to proclaim the Gospel.

The messengers of the Gospel have beautiful feet because of God’s message of redemption.

God's passion compels us to do our mission.

The church expands by engaging with culture and confronting false beliefs, going anywhere and adapting its approach to reach diverse people while never compromising the message of the resurrected Christ.

The preaching of the Gospel may bring difficulties and persecution. However, persecution does not stop church expansion—it becomes the opportunity that propels the message of Jesus into new places and people.

The unstoppable expansion of the church is rooted in the word of God, which people hear, believe, and obey. As the church believed for the release of Peter and John, they also prayed for boldness to preach the word.
