Students who attended SkillsUSA's 2012 Washington Leadership Training Institute (WLTI) talk about the experience and how their lives were affected as they toured the D.C. sites, took part in intensive leadership training and visited their state congressional representatives as advocates for SkillsUSA and career and technical education.
