Allowing broadcasting of our court proceedings; is it a good idea?  Or does it theaten to turn the legal process into entertainment?  We have an extensive sit down interview with the Chief Justice, Siobhan Keegan. She tells me she wants to make the legal process more transparent and easier to understand.
