There were Some strong hints from Premier John Horgan towards Metro Vancouver mayors in response to a mobility-pricing report.  Horgan will wait for the final report but he cautioned that local governments should not count on the New Democrats approving just any revenue sources.  For the NDP affordability will be the key.  The Vancouver Sun’s Vaughn Palmer is here with his take on the day's headlines.
