Where is BC with the looming legalization of marijuana?  There is a specific rule and regulation in B.C. that states you can posses 1,000 grams of marijuana at home and 30 grams in public and there is already complaints by activists who say that possession limit is too low!  The Province newspaper's Michael Smyth is here with his take on the day's headlines.
