Yesterday, the Government announced a $52-a-month "transportation supplement" for low-income disabled people receiving disability assistance payments from the government.  This was in response to one of the most notorious decisions of the previous Liberal government.  The Province newspaper's Michael Smyth is here with his take on the day's headlines.
