The municipal elections are heating up in Surrey and Vancouver.  Surrey Mayor Dianne Watts is ripping another ex-mayor Doug McCallum. McCallum is on the comeback trail as he tries to get his old job back.  The Province newspaper's Michael Smyth is here with his take on the day's headlines.
