Premier John Horgan played nice yesterday with Jason Kenney, the new premier-elect of Alberta. Horgan said he had a friendly chat on the phone with Kenney and he hopes the two of them can work together.  The Province newspaper's Michael Smyth is here with his take on the day's headlines.
