The first full week of the referendum on electoral reform is coming to an end and the Yes side supporting proportional representation has had a strong start with 1,000 people at a high-energy rally in Victoria headlined by John Horgan and Andrew Weaver.  The Province newspaper's Michael Smyth is here with his take on the day's headlines.
