In this special episode of the podcast, Henry discusses the recent outcome of negotiations between the Australian Education Union (AEU) Victorian Branch and the Victorian Government. While both parties reached an in-principle Victorian Government Schools Agreement (VGSA) covering teachers, principals and education support (ES) staff, AEU members overwhelmingly voted to reject the proposed deal.

The episode also features the audio of Henry's interview on Channel 9's Today program, where he speaks with Michael Atkinson about the rejected agreement, the concerns expressed by union members and the broader significance of the vote for Victoria's education sector.
