This week celebrates Village Halls Week (23rd - 27th January); the theme of this year’s campaign will look at how village halls can provide warm, welcoming and inclusive spaces, something which is especially important as the country faces a cost-of-living crisis.
We chat to Naomi Stevens from County Durham Community Foundation about their warm spaces fund and Lynne from Fishburn Youth and Community Centre who has recently benefitted from the fund in order to create a warm space for their local community.
