Viloma: Calm paused breathing (guided breath)

EN. This type of paused breath is called ‘viloma’ (विलोम) - sanskrit for ‘against the natural flow’ or ‘against the wave’. In this version, we briefly interrupt the inhalation. This exercise will lengthen the inhale, allowing more oxygen to enter your system and engage a deep exhale, leaving you relaxed and calm. This is a great exercise for beginners. Enjoy.
