Who is Vin Downes?
Vin Downes music has ranked in the top 10 of the ZMR Radio Airplay chart and has reached #1 one the One World Music Album chart. In 2015, Downes was a ZMR nominee for Best Instrumental Album Acoustic. He has released four studio albums, two of which were recorded and produced by Grammy award-winning guitarist and producer, Will Ackerman, and award-winning engineer/producer, Tom Eaton.
Vin Downes has performed nationally as a soloist and also as a member of The Gathering and Four Guitars, both presented by Will Ackerman. His music is available on radio stations worldwide.
Downes has written, recorded, and performed with well-known musicians including Will Ackerman, David Crosby, David Cullen, Tom Eaton, Eugene Friesen, Tony Levin, Michael Manring, and Liz Story.
