Vince Murdock is a successful MMA fighter with a 12-3 professional record. He got into mixed martial arts after getting into some trouble in high school and just kept with it. After gaining notoriety at amateur fights he knew it was time to go professional. He moved to Sacramento to join Team Alpha Male with MMA legend Urijah Faber. In the past year Vince has also battled moyamoya a brain disease. He was told by many doctors he would not compete again. He received the 15 hour surgery from the most known specialist of the disease and Vince will know if he can come back to fight in the coming months. Vince talks about why believing in yourself is so important and why there should be no excuses even without equipment during quarantine.
