On Episode 178 I sit down with Vincent Ruiz. Vince is a friend of mine that I met last year out in Colorado at our first ever Diesel Day event. This year, I had the honor of supporting him through his second Diesel Day event.

Vince served in the military as a paratrooper for 12 years before continuing his education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wilmington University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Kean University, and he is currently enrolled at Stockton University pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Vince is recognized as a Bush Scholar having completed the 2019 Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program at the George W. Bush Center in Dallas, Texas. Vince is currently a practicing therapist and owner of H-hour LLC. H-hour LLC helps clients to generate self-discovery by creating experiences that challenge beliefs and optimize human behavior.

“H-hour is simply the moment where all of our energies, habits, and practices intersect for the world to witness.”

Vince loves spending time with his wife Mary and their daughter, Ava Lorraine. His hobbies and interests are traveling, skydiving, hiking, coaching CrossFit, ultra-endurance races, and good coffee.
