In 2025, I want to bring back my goal of spreading Mental Health Awareness through the lives of everyday people. I stopped in 2023 because I felt it wouldn’t make a difference BUT that’s not true. People sharing their heart and its experiences will ALWAYS speak to someone. So, today, we start again with Vinny! We did this one 2 years ago but his answers are timeless!
